Oracle HCM Specialist / OIC Integration Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Configure Oracle HCM Cloud with a focus on Oracle Learning: catalogues, offerings, content types, audience rules, eligibility criteria, enrolment logic, workflows, approvals, notifications and roles
• ▹Upload and validate SCORM packages, manage catalogue structure and content taxonomy, ensure correct assignment and visibility of training
• ▹Design and develop reports with OTBI and BI Publisher (about 20-30 reports) and maintain report, data governance and process documentation
• ▹Perform data activities with HCM Data Loader (HDL / HSDL): prepare templates, cleanse and transform data, validate and reconcile with business expectations
• ▹Analyse integration requirements (e.g. non-worker onboarding, learning data flows) and translate them into technical integration design
• ▹Design and develop integrations in Oracle Integration Cloud (HCM, REST and SOAP adapters), building app-driven and scheduled orchestration flows and data mappings (JSON/XML, XSLT/XPath)
• ▹Implement fault handling, logging and traceability; monitor and troubleshoot integration failures and data inconsistencies across systems
• ▹Configure API security (OAuth2, Basic Auth), certificates and secure connections with external providers and identity and access systems
• ▹Prepare integration design documents, mapping documentation and operational runbooks, and support knowledge transfer to support teams
• ▹Analyse business requirements for learning processes, data and reporting, and integration needs, acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical/integration teams

Requirements

• ▹Strong experience with Oracle HCM Cloud (Learning preferred)
• ▹Hands-on experience in Learning configuration (catalogue, enrolment, workflows)
• ▹Reporting using OTBI / BI Publisher
• ▹Data management using HDL
• ▹Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) (mandatory)
• ▹Strong knowledge of REST / SOAP APIs and JSON / XML data structures
• ▹Experience with OIC adapters (HCM, REST, SOAP), data mapping (XSLT/XPath), error handling and monitoring
• ▹Understanding of integration patterns (sync/async), data flows between systems and identity provisioning concepts
• ▹Physically located in Poland and legally authorized to work there

Nice to have

• ▹SCORM troubleshooting experience
• ▹Knowledge of Fast Formula and HCM Extract
• ▹Experience in global / multi-country HCM projects
