Partner Solutions Architect (Colombia)

Responsibilities

• ▹Ensure onboarding, training, enablement, and certification of partner technical resources
• ▹Participate in joint business planning and review sessions with partner technical teams
• ▹Support partner technical initiatives: end-customer demonstrations, proofs of value, enablement workshops, coaching
• ▹Advocate for partners' technical concerns with Datadog internal teams
• ▹Analyze partner service offerings and recommend improvements through greater Datadog feature adoption
• ▹Collaborate with product management, engineering, and technical services to prioritize new features

Requirements

• ▹Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT Development and/or Operations experience
• ▹10-15 years of experience in a customer- or partner-facing technical role
• ▹Self-starter with solid business acumen, able to articulate value from server room to boardroom, confident presentation skills
• ▹Hands-on experience in two or more of: Observability (Datadog, Splunk, AppD, New Relic, Dynatrace); Public Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP, Alibaba); Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry); Dev/Scripting (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, Perl, PHP, Go); Config Mgmt (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Chef); CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab)

Nice to have

• ▹Previous experience working in a technical role for or supporting channel partners (Systems Integrators, Managed Services Providers)
• ▹Previous experience using Datadog and/or other cloud monitoring tools (APM, Infrastructure, Logs, Synthetics, NPM)
• ▹Previous experience with root-cause analysis, troubleshooting, debugging
