People Analytics Lead - Recruiting

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and maintain the dashboards and reporting infrastructure Recruiting leadership relies on (funnel health, stage conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, pipeline aging, interviewer effectiveness, recruiter capacity)
• ▹Build headcount and velocity models translating hiring targets into pipeline math and ETA-to-close estimates
• ▹Define and document core recruiting metrics, building toward a single source of truth
• ▹Bring crisp analysis and recommendations to pipeline reviews and QBRs
• ▹Improve the recruiting system by spotting where process, calibration, or prioritization creates drag, partnering with Recruiting and Finance to fix it
• ▹Use AI to accelerate query iteration, metric QA, and insight narratives while keeping logic and definitions clean and auditable

Requirements

• ▹Proven track record shipping analytics/dashboards that teams rely on for real weekly decisions
• ▹Strong SQL and data modeling judgment: writing complex queries, debugging data issues, building maintainable models/pipelines others can trust
• ▹Quantitative modeling skill for recruiting problems: translating hiring stages into funnel math and capacity views, stress-testing assumptions
• ▹Strategic partner instincts: anticipating leadership questions and showing up with analysis and a point of view
• ▹AI-fluent with good taste: using AI as a daily multiplier while knowing when to go back to first principles

Nice to have

• ▹Comfortable structuring knowledge and workflows in Notion (databases, views, documentation)
• ▹Experience with Ashby and Snowflake
