Customer Success Engineer (Shifted Week: Tuesday - Saturday)

Responsibilities

• ▹Be the front line for customer requests
• ▹Debug, report and ship scoped fixes for bugs and regressions
• ▹Turn recurring tickets into permanent fixes via docs, product PRs, or agent improvements
• ▹Train and improve the AI support agent by refining prompts, adding tools and running evals
• ▹Create guides and examples showcasing what's possible with Resend
• ▹Proactively build relationships and identify potential customer pain points
• ▹Advocate for customer needs to the wider Resend team

Requirements

• ▹Loves helping developers solve problems
• ▹Can handle and perform under customer pressure
• ▹3-5 years of technical support or customer success experience
• ▹Experience scaling support at a high-growth company using automation and AI
• ▹Experience improving email deliverability
