Engineering Manager - Reporting

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and scale a high-performing team through coaching and strategic hiring
• ▹Drive execution across reporting infrastructure, enterprise reporting, AI-powered insights, and data foundations
• ▹Shape technical and product strategy in partnership with Product
• ▹Lead through ambiguity and rapid growth, balancing near-term impact with long-term investments
• ▹Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Platform, and business stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of full-time engineering management experience, managing 8-12+ engineers
• ▹Prior experience managing teams building a reporting or data visualization product
• ▹Strong technical depth, ideally as a former senior/staff engineer
• ▹Track record delivering across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality
• ▹Experience setting product and technical strategy with Product and Design teams

Nice to have

• ▹Participation in engineering-wide initiatives in a prior role
