Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement advanced ML models and statistical methods for forecasting, risk assessment and decision-making
• ▹Track data provenance, documenting sources, transformations and lineage in line with governance policies
• ▹Submit the Data Provenance & Lineage Report on transformation workflows, feature engineering and audit compliance
• ▹Run sprint-based Agile development with rapid cycles and backlog grooming
• ▹Provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimate before each analytics project (FTE hours, compute costs, storage, infrastructure)
• ▹Conduct quarterly reviews of cost efficiency, system performance and analytic workflows (Quarterly Cost & Resource Utilization Report)

Requirements

• ▹Active TS/SCI clearance
• ▹Master's degree in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics or a related field, or nine years of equivalent experience in AI/ML model development and deployment
• ▹Demonstrated experience building and validating AI/ML models with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch or Scikit-learn, integrating models into production and optimizing performance for real-time analytics
• ▹Experience with distributed data processing frameworks such as Databricks or Apache Spark
• ▹Experience with geospatial datasets and integrating AI/ML solutions into mission-critical applications
• ▹Proficiency in deep learning, supervised and unsupervised learning, data wrangling and feature engineering
• ▹Experience with data provenance tracking, model explainability and bias mitigation in AI/ML applications

Nice to have

• ▹Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Scientist Associate or TensorFlow Developer certification
