Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the development, implementation and validation of machine learning solutions
• ▹Design AI solution architectures for complex business goals
• ▹Research and select tools, technologies and AI solutions
• ▹Lead and mentor cross-functional teams
• ▹Translate business problems into data science problems
• ▹Architect and oversee data pipelines and workflows, setting quality standards
• ▹Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders
• ▹Prioritize and manage tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of commercial experience designing scalable AI solutions
• ▹Experience leading end-to-end ML projects and cross-functional teams
• ▹Strong Python skills, clean code, OOP design
• ▹Proficiency with Scikit-Learn and PyTorch/TensorFlow
• ▹Proven experience deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
• ▹Knowledge of applying LLMs
