Responsibilities

• ▹Work within a squad alongside product managers, designers, mobile engineers and data analysts
• ▹Design and build distributed, resilient backend services
• ▹Join one of Monzo's collectives (Core Banking, Business Banking, Wealth, Borrowing, Growth, Payments, Platform, Fincrime, Security & Expansion)

Requirements

• ▹Strong backend engineering experience
• ▹Product mindset and customer focus
• ▹Experience with strongly-typed languages (Go, Java, C, Scala etc.)
• ▹Interest in distributed systems
