Product Lead, Data & Integrations

Responsibilities

• ▹Define and lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer integrations, APIs, and data exchange capabilities, aligned with company goals and customer needs
• ▹Build a scalable API and data platform: partner with engineering to design high-performing APIs, integration frameworks, and data synchronization patterns for real-time and batch use cases
• ▹Work directly with enterprise customers and partners to understand integration requirements, prioritize capabilities, and improve usability and adoption
• ▹Lead strategy around data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across systems, making decisions about schemas, synchronization approaches, and tradeoffs at scale
• ▹Define success metrics for integrations and APIs, monitor performance and adoption, and use data to drive improvement
• ▹Partner with security and compliance teams so integrations meet industry standards and regulatory requirements
• ▹Create shared capabilities, clear contracts, and strong documentation that let other product teams move faster

Requirements

• ▹Significant experience as a technical product manager or product lead owning APIs, integrations, data platforms, or internal infrastructure products
• ▹Hands-on understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, ETL processes, data synchronization strategies, and API security best practices
• ▹Background building products in SaaS, enterprise software, or data-driven environments with complex customer requirements
• ▹Systems-level thinking: reasoning about complex systems end-to-end, anticipating downstream impacts, and making smart tradeoffs between flexibility, scalability, and speed
• ▹Exceptional communication: translating technical concepts into clear business value and aligning engineering, go-to-market, and leadership stakeholders
• ▹A track record of tackling complex integration and data challenges
