Responsibilities

• ▹Work closely with team members to ensure successful completion of projects and support all roll-out services
• ▹Enable continuous improvement by supporting where needed
• ▹Take responsibility for vacation planning of direct reports
• ▹Hold periodic one-to-one meetings so every individual can perform at their best, supporting development through close work with HR
• ▹Motivate the team into improving its performance and ensure team members are always supported
• ▹Lead team efforts (engineers, developers, designers and other team members) towards successful project delivery for customers
• ▹Collaborate with various stakeholders while maintaining a focus on business goals

Requirements

• ▹Development background in building highly scalable, containerized services and applications
• ▹Good understanding of modern web technology (JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.)
• ▹Familiarity with .NET Core, C#, messaging systems (RabbitMQ) and in-memory databases (Redis, MS SQL)
• ▹Deep understanding of and interest in lean and agile principles for product development
• ▹Demonstrated ability to build effective teams, motivate, direct and coach staff
• ▹Strong people management and leadership skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in Angular (strongly preferred)
