Frontend Developer Team Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide technical leadership and development for the frontend team
• ▹Build high-performance, scalable frontends
• ▹Understand existing architectures and confidently pass that knowledge on to the team
• ▹Work with modern frameworks: Angular 16+, TypeScript, Bootstrap (5+ years each)
• ▹Use Observables and Signals confidently
• ▹Optimize load times, performance and user experience
• ▹Conduct code reviews, technical consulting and mentoring
• ▹Read and understand existing .NET code to coordinate with backend systems

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of frontend development experience
• ▹Very good JavaScript and modern frontend framework skills, primarily Angular, complemented by Vue.js and/or React
• ▹Good understanding of modern frontend architecture and scalable software solutions
• ▹Very good German, written and spoken (at least C1 level)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Vue.js and/or React
• ▹Prior experience in a technical leadership or team lead role
