AI Marketing Technologist Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the strategy and execution for integrating AI into marketing workflows, identifying high-impact opportunities to improve efficiency and scalability
• ▹Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents and automations that support marketing workflows
• ▹Evaluate emerging AI tools and technologies, staying current on industry trends and translating them into practical marketing applications
• ▹Partner across Marketing, BI, GTM Ops, and Web Engineering to implement and scale AI-enabled workflows and drive adoption
• ▹Lead change management: training teams, evolving workflows, helping employees transition from manual execution to managing AI-assisted systems
• ▹Partner with stakeholders on optimizing the marketing technology ecosystem (AI tooling, APIs, data flows, Salesforce integrations, BI tooling)

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• ▹Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI-powered workflows, agentic systems, or marketing AI agents
• ▹Demonstrated success driving transformational change within an organization, including influencing adoption of new technologies
• ▹Strong experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, AI automation platforms, and emerging AI technologies
• ▹Deep understanding of marketing operations and marketing automation platforms (campaign creation, workflow management, testing, optimization)
• ▹Proficiency with SQL, Tableau, and other BI/data visualization tools, analyzing large datasets
• ▹Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
