Responsibilities

• ▹Lead and grow a team of FDEs delivering production systems with frontier models
• ▹Own end-to-end delivery outcomes through clarity, speed, and tight coordination
• ▹Codify what works into tools, playbooks, and roadmap inputs
• ▹Notice early indicators and raise them with urgency across product, customer, or delivery practices
• ▹Set a high bar for FDE performance through direct, actionable feedback
• ▹Define how to staff and support field teams that scale without added complexity

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience, including 2+ years managing FDE or customer-facing engineers
• ▹Track record leading high-pressure technical projects from prototype to production
• ▹Writes and reviews production-grade code across frontend and backend (JavaScript or Python)
• ▹Simplifies complex work and makes fast, sound decisions under pressure
• ▹Translates field experience into sharp, actionable feedback for Product and Research
