GRC Pre-Sales Consultant / Solutions Engineer – DACH market, EMEA

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the technical relationship with commercial prospects and customers
• ▹Develop deep understanding of product capabilities, integrations and the competitive landscape
• ▹Gather market feedback and relay it to the product team
• ▹Support customers through Vanta's trial process
• ▹Build product examples, documentation and other resources for customers
• ▹Foster a culture of teamwork, openness and continuous improvement
• ▹Creatively drive new programs to improve the pre- to post-sales transition

Requirements

• ▹Ability to work from the London office 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
• ▹5+ years of customer-facing technical experience as a solutions engineer, sales engineer or similar
• ▹Previous B2B SaaS experience
• ▹Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
• ▹Strong project management skills, comfortable in an unstructured startup environment
• ▹Creative, technical, naturally persuasive
• ▹Detail-oriented and organised
• ▹General knowledge of a scripting language (Python, Ruby, Bash, JavaScript)
• ▹Full professional proficiency in German (required for the DACH market)

Nice to have

• ▹Familiarity with REST API development and service integrations
• ▹Prior experience in the cybersecurity space
