As Alchemy's Technical Recruiter, you'll identify, attract, and close exceptional technical talent across the company, partnering directly with engineering and product leaders to build recruiting strategies and high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across technical functions (Software Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Engineering, Security, Data, Product Management, Design, Technical Operations)
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to understand priorities and develop hiring strategies
  • Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, talent mapping, and community engagement
  • Identify and engage exceptional passive candidates from top technology companies, startups, and research institutions
  • Drive candidate engagement and deliver an exceptional candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, interview design, and hiring best practices
  • Partner with interviewers and hiring managers to maintain a high hiring bar
  • Leverage recruiting data and funnel analytics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Build scalable recruiting programs, interviewer training, and assessment frameworks
  • Champion Alchemy's culture and values throughout the recruiting process

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience at a high-growth tech company, executive search firm, or recruiting agency
  • Demonstrated success hiring software engineers and technical talent across levels, from early-career to senior/staff
  • Strong sourcing skills and a track record engaging passive technical candidates in competitive markets
  • Experience recruiting for highly technical domains (infrastructure, distributed systems, backend, ML, AI, security, developer tools, platform engineering)
  • Ability to build credibility and influence with engineering, product, and executive stakeholders
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to operate independently across multiple high-priority searches
  • Strong analytical mindset using recruiting metrics to drive decisions
  • High standards, strong ownership mentality, relentless focus on outcomes

Nice to have

  • Experience recruiting for developer infrastructure, cloud platforms, AI, fintech, or blockchain companies
  • Experience hiring Staff+, Principal, and Engineering Leadership talent
  • Familiarity with modern recruiting technologies and talent intelligence platforms
  • Experience supporting rapid company scaling from growth-stage to late-stage
  • Passion for emerging technologies
