Software Engineer, Full Stack (People Innovation)

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the full product development lifecycle for new people-focused products, end-to-end
• ▹Talk to internal stakeholders to understand their problems and design solutions
• ▹Work with the research team to share feedback and iterate on applying the latest models
• ▹Collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, HR business partners, recruiters, researchers, product managers, and designers

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of professional engineering experience (excluding internships) at tech and product-driven companies
• ▹Proficiency in JavaScript, React, and other web technologies
• ▹Proficiency in a backend language (Python used internally)
• ▹Some experience with relational databases such as Postgres/MySQL

Nice to have

• ▹Former founder or early engineer at a startup who built a product from scratch
• ▹Interest in AI/ML (no direct experience required)
