Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Consumer Engineering)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and deliver quarterly team goals, leading engineers through ambiguous problems
• ▹Collaborate with product management, design and analytics during ideation and trade-off decisions
• ▹Proactively identify and help solve project, process, technology or business issues
• ▹Support team operations and availability through metrics, monitoring, escalation and on-call participation
• ▹Set and advocate for code review and design standards beyond the team
• ▹Develop team members through feedback and mentorship

Requirements

• ▹4+ years of experience as a software engineer
• ▹Experience leading significant mobile initiatives (React Native or native), including architecture and production reliability
• ▹Experience working across React Native and native (Swift/Kotlin), debugging platform-specific issues, improving tooling and CI/CD
• ▹Experience implementing experimentation, feature flagging and analytics instrumentation in mobile apps
• ▹Experience shipping web apps with declarative UI frameworks (React or Vue)
• ▹Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript
• ▹Experience building backend systems at scale with Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes
