Responsibilities

• ▹Lead discovery, technical scoping, solution design and hands-on implementation on lighthouse accounts
• ▹Define and run the four engagement types: Win, Onboard, Health/Get-Well and Long-Term Partnership
• ▹Set exit criteria and handoff paths for every engagement from day one
• ▹Build the founding team, set architectural standards and own the pattern system
• ▹Decide when a use case is genuinely ready for production versus when it doesn't support continued investment
• ▹Codify deployments into reusable code kits, playbooks and known failure modes

Requirements

• ▹Experience leading or building technical customer-facing teams such as professional services, FDE, solution architecture or implementation
• ▹Comfortable operating as both a hands-on builder and a leader
• ▹Comfortable with ambiguity, energized by defining a new category of work
• ▹Genuine technical depth to engage credibly with cloud-native platforms, developer workflows and AI-enabled development
• ▹Focus on customer outcomes, product feedback loops and practical organizational change

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Terraform, platform engineering, developer infrastructure or cloud development environments
• ▹Experience in regulated or large enterprise environments
• ▹A track record of introducing new operating models into post-sales or GTM teams
