Engineering Manager - Reporting

Responsibilities

• ▹Build and scale a high-performing team through leading, coaching and strategic hiring
• ▹Drive execution across strategic initiatives spanning reporting infrastructure, enterprise reporting, AI-powered insights and scalable data foundations
• ▹Shape technical and product strategy in partnership with Product
• ▹Lead through ambiguity and rapid growth
• ▹Partner closely with Product, Design, Platform and business stakeholders to evolve the reporting strategy

Requirements

• ▹4+ years in a full-time engineering management role, managing 8-12+ engineers
• ▹Previously managed product engineering teams building a reporting or data visualization product
• ▹Strong technical depth, ideally as a former senior/staff engineer
• ▹Track record of delivering across multiple workstreams while maintaining quality and velocity
• ▹Experience setting product and technical strategy with Product and Design
• ▹Participated in driving engineering-wide initiatives
• ▹Strong decision maker
• ▹Effective communicator and storyteller
• ▹Openness to responsibly applying AI
