Software Engineer, AI Forward Deployed

Responsibilities

• ▹Deliver software end to end that meets the needs of the largest customers — understanding pain points, scoping product specs, and building agents that autonomously implement solutions
• ▹Build internal and external agents that accelerate solving customer blockers and enable more agentic experiences
• ▹Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions, Customer Success, and Account Management to close deals and expand customer value
• ▹Drive the core product engineering roadmap, developing deep domain expertise within a core product area

Requirements

• ▹2+ years of software engineering experience preferred
• ▹Extensive experience building with and for agents
• ▹Track record of shipping high-quality products at scale
• ▹Comfort and excitement to be customer-facing
• ▹Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft
