Technical Consultant, Oracle Fusion

Responsibilities

• ▹Serve as the primary Technical Consultant for Enterprise and Strategic Enterprise accounts running Oracle Fusion, supporting complex, multi-entity, multi-ERP financial environments
• ▹Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams, guiding Oracle Fusion integration, configuration, and system design
• ▹Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to propose scalable solutions involving Oracle Fusion, HRIS, and API integrations
• ▹Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams and speed up time-to-value
• ▹Participate in technical discovery to understand customer Oracle Fusion environments and recommend best-fit Ramp architecture
• ▹Act as a subject matter expert across Oracle Fusion and Ramp's accounting integration capabilities, partnering with Sales and Product
• ▹Troubleshoot Oracle Fusion integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions
• ▹Contribute to internal documentation and tooling that scales Ramp's Oracle Fusion support capability
• ▹Influence Ramp's product roadmap by channeling Oracle Fusion customer feedback to Product and Engineering

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field
• ▹4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role, ideally in SaaS or fintech
• ▹3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, including financials modules, integration patterns, and enterprise deployment models
• ▹Deep familiarity with Oracle Fusion finance and accounting workflows, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Subledger Accounting, and multi-org structures
• ▹Comfort working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture, and explaining those concepts to finance and operations stakeholders
• ▹Close partnership with Product, Engineering, and Design, influencing roadmap decisions
• ▹Ability to advise on non-standard Oracle Fusion implementations and edge cases, balancing customer needs with platform scalability
• ▹Strong communication skills, translating complex technical solutions into business value
• ▹Collaborative mindset, working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering
• ▹Exceptional organization and problem-solving skills, with a bias toward action and high ownership
• ▹Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments
