Developer Marketing Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Own strategy, budget and narrative to attract qualified developers and convert intent into self-serve revenue
• ▹Craft crisp developer messaging and orchestrate product launches
• ▹Continuously improve developer landing pages and campaigns with a disciplined test cadence
• ▹Spin up and test new growth channels such as developer content, partnerships, SEO and paid
• ▹Work cross-functionally with paid, SEO and comms/PR teams to scale what works

Requirements

• ▹5+ years doing growth/marketing at fast-growing companies, or selling your own products
• ▹Deep understanding of developers - what resonates, where they show up, how to position products for them
• ▹Analytical skills (Google Sheets and/or SQL) to understand the impact of your work
• ▹Strong copywriting ability
• ▹Experience in multiple channels, including at least one of developer content, SEO, paid or partnerships
• ▹Ownership, autonomy, bias to action
• ▹Ability to (vibe) code
