AI Adoption Lead

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead AI adoption for non-engineering teams end to end — embedding, building trust, understanding workflows
• ▹Prototype and build solutions yourself, bringing in engineering support for deeper work
• ▹Develop AI trainings and a practical rollout plan
• ▹Partner with the Leverage team to evaluate, vet, and roll out tools and connectors
• ▹Shape how Suno thinks about AI usage, guidelines, and cost

Requirements

• ▹8+ years of experience working closely with business and non-engineering functions, ideally at a senior level
• ▹Hands-on technical ability to prototype and build in modern AI tooling
• ▹An optimistic, empathetic, and responsible attitude toward AI enablement
• ▹Excellent communication and trust-building across different audiences

Nice to have

• ▹Direct experience in an AI enablement, AI ops, or internal-tools function
• ▹Experience standing up trainings, enablement programs, or knowledge bases
• ▹Background spanning both operating and engineering or data work
