Senior Backend Developer - German speaking

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Development and implementation of CoreMedia-based content management systems (CMS) for web projects
• ▹Integration and optimization of Deutsche Telekom interfaces and services into CoreMedia-based systems
• ▹Technical planning, system architecture, and execution of complex software projects
• ▹Collaboration with project managers, designers and developers to deliver customer-oriented, high-quality solutions
• ▹Conducting code reviews and ensuring high code quality and performance
• ▹Error analysis and troubleshooting, continuous improvement of existing systems
• ▹Technical documentation and knowledge transfer within the team and to stakeholders

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in computer science, software development, or a comparable qualification
• ▹At least 5 years of professional experience
• ▹Willingness to learn the CoreMedia framework
• ▹Solid knowledge of programming with Java, Spring
• ▹Experience with AWS cloud services and their integration
• ▹Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP
• ▹Familiarity with development tools such as Git, Jenkins, Docker
• ▹Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
• ▹Knowledge of agile methods and tools (Scrum, Kanban)
• ▹Experience with Node.js for server-side programming
• ▹Excellent communication skills in German and English

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD
• ▹Initial experience with AI and machine learning approaches in software development
