Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• ▹Scope custom technical and consulting projects
• ▹Build and deliver custom solutions for clients
• ▹Coordinate with Sales and development teams to translate client needs into technical solutions
• ▹Work cross-department (Sales, Product, Customer Success) to document client use cases and requirements
• ▹Configure and set up the 360Learning platform and write specifications for Technical Solutions development
• ▹Support and manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, from sales turnover to handover to support, mainly on strategic accounts
• ▹Define 360Learning platform architecture per client and facilitate integrations (flat files, APIs) and 3rd party apps
• ▹Design tools to automate and support repeatable solutions for the team and customers
