Partner Solutions Architect

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead the end-to-end technical lifecycle of integrations with partners across SCMs, CI/CD providers, cloud platforms, ticketing systems and security vendors
• ▹Act as the primary technical point of contact for partner engineering and product teams
• ▹Design and document technical reference architectures, integration patterns and API contracts
• ▹Build proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations of joint solutions
• ▹Provide technical guidance on APIs, data models and webhooks, and help debug partner integrations
• ▹Collaborate with internal Engineering, Product and Partnership teams to ensure integration quality and certification
• ▹Create technical content (integration guides, reference architectures, sample code) and evangelize technical alliances at industry events
• ▹Feed partner ecosystem insights back into the internal product roadmap

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in Partner Engineering, Technical Alliances, Solutions Architecture or a similar partner-facing technical role
• ▹Hands-on experience designing and implementing integrations using APIs, SDKs and webhooks
• ▹Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Go or JavaScript
• ▹Understanding of the Developer, DevOps, Application Security and CI/CD ecosystems (GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, ServiceNow, AWS, Azure, GCP, Splunk, etc.)
• ▹Strong written and verbal communication skills for both technical and business audiences
• ▹Proactive, ownership-driven approach to solving integration gaps

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with GraphQL, REST APIs, OAuth flows and event-driven architectures
