Responsibilities

• ▹Plan, design, and execute manual test cases for new and existing CRM functionalities
• ▹Perform functional, integration, and regression testing
• ▹Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with developers and stakeholders
• ▹Validate business requirements and ensure a high-quality user experience
• ▹Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for regression and continuous testing
• ▹Contribute to the optimization of automated testing frameworks and QA processes
• ▹Collaborate with development teams to ensure new features meet functional and performance expectations
• ▹Analyze test results and prepare clear test reports for stakeholders
• ▹Support continuous improvement of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• ▹Work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders within the Wholesale domain
• ▹Contribute to improving testing efficiency within CI/CD environments

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience in manual software testing and test automation (Playwright)
• ▹Experience testing CRM systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics Sales
• ▹Hands-on experience with testing tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or similar frameworks
• ▹Familiarity with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
• ▹Good understanding of software development lifecycles and QA methodologies
• ▹Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with scripting or programming languages such as C#, Python, or Java
• ▹Experience working with business-critical systems, ideally within the Wholesale or telecommunications industry
• ▹German language skills are an advantage
