Responsibilities

• ▹Own end-to-end enterprise implementations, from first discovery call through production deployment
• ▹Architect agent workflows with customers (triggers, sandboxed environments, integrations)
• ▹Build production-grade solutions alongside customers: prompts, skills, configurations, integrations
• ▹Guide self-hosted deployments (Docker, Kubernetes, or direct backend) for enterprise customers
• ▹Accelerate deals through technical execution from the very first discovery meeting
• ▹Develop reusable implementation patterns, documentation, and templates
• ▹Be the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering, feeding field insights into the roadmap

Requirements

• ▹FDE-equivalent experience, or early-stage startup experience working closely with GTM on customer pilots
• ▹Strong infrastructure fundamentals: Docker, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), container orchestration, Linux
• ▹Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts: prompt engineering, agent architectures, tool use, evaluating non-deterministic systems
• ▹Excellent communicator who can hold their own with senior engineers and executives
• ▹High EQ and the ability to navigate enterprise relationships

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building or deploying AI agents in production (LangChain or custom agent frameworks)
• ▹Experience with GitHub Actions, webhooks, and event-driven automation
• ▹Familiarity with enterprise security and compliance requirements (SOC 2, self-hosted deployments)
• ▹Experience with customer-facing APIs/SDKs
• ▹Experience with terminal applications, shell scripting, or command-line tooling
• ▹Experience with Rust or Go
