Responsibilities

• ▹Lead architecture and implementation for enterprise deployments using Deepgram's STT, TTS, and voice-agent capabilities
• ▹Own post-sales technical success for assigned accounts; unblock integrations, optimize accuracy and latency
• ▹Serve as Tier-3 escalation point; drive root cause analysis and durable fixes
• ▹Design reference architectures for common EMEA use cases (contact centers, voice analytics, QA, AI agents)
• ▹Build samples, internal tools, and scripts that make repeatable tasks easier
• ▹Contribute to pre-sales discovery and POCs when deep technical direction is needed
• ▹Partner with Product and Engineering to prioritize fixes and features
• ▹Capture runbooks, playbooks, and docs; participate in on-call/incident rotation

Requirements

• ▹5+ years in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles
• ▹Professional software engineering experience in at least one language (Python, Rust, or JavaScript)
• ▹Hands-on experience with modern cloud platforms, containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Proven ownership of complex post-sales work: production deployments, migrations, performance tuning, incident response
• ▹Clear written and verbal communication across technical and executive audiences

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with speech recognition, TTS, or building voice agents that orchestrate LLMs
• ▹Familiarity with WER analysis, model selection/tuning, accuracy-vs-latency tradeoffs
• ▹Experience operating self-hosted systems, including Helm-based deployments and observability
• ▹Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, data residency, and compliance for EMEA enterprise reviews
• ▹Fluency in an additional European language (German, French, Dutch, Italian, or Spanish)
