Responsibilities

• ▹Build polished product experiences for Resend users
• ▹Turn complex technical concepts into simple, clear, trustworthy user experiences
• ▹Own features end-to-end: product thinking, UX details, implementation, instrumentation, launch, and iteration
• ▹Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and customer success to understand and solve user problems
• ▹Build debugging and observability experiences that help users understand what happened to their emails, webhooks, domains, and API requests
• ▹Work primarily with TypeScript, React, Next.js, and modern web technologies
• ▹Talk to users, understand customer pain, and turn insights into better product decisions
• ▹Help raise the bar for craft, performance, accessibility, reliability, and product quality

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience building and shipping high-quality web products
• ▹Fluent in written and spoken English
• ▹Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and modern frontend development
• ▹Comfortable working across the stack, including APIs, databases, server-side logic, and product infrastructure
• ▹Deep care for UX, interaction details, and product polish
• ▹Ability to turn an ambiguous customer problem into a clear, shippable solution
• ▹Strong product judgment
• ▹Loves helping developers and cares about developer experience
• ▹Comfortable with open-ended problems, default-to-action mindset
• ▹Hands-on, enjoys solving problems directly
• ▹Low ego, enjoys collaborating with design, engineering, and customer success

Nice to have

• ▹Experience building products for developers, infrastructure teams, or technical users
• ▹Experience with email, deliverability, DNS, webhooks, logs, observability, or API platforms
• ▹Strong visual taste, able to build fast, simple, polished interfaces
• ▹Experience working in small, high-ownership teams
