Senior Software Engineer - Frontend/React (USA Only - 100% Remote)

Responsibilities

• ▹Agents team: build the UI that puts AI in customers' hands — agent creation/configuration, conversational interface, observability surfaces
• ▹Communications team: build in-call experiences on WebRTC/WebSockets, live transcript/coaching views, power dialing, email/SMS/scheduling surfaces
• ▹CRM team: build lead pages, pipeline views, smart search, activity feeds, plus AI-powered features
• ▹Growth team: build onboarding flows, activation moments, billing/checkout UI, and the import experience in a hypothesis-driven environment
• ▹Collaborate with Product throughout the design process, from lo-fi wireframes through Figma and into code

Requirements

• ▹A seasoned frontend engineer, primarily React, perhaps with Vue, Svelte, or Solid experience
• ▹Experience shipping LLM-backed features for real users, with a POV on where AI output is trustworthy
• ▹Uses AI tools daily in their own workflow (Claude Code, Codex, and similar, company-funded)
• ▹A builder-first mindset: prefers getting the first iteration in front of 50 customers over weeks of polishing a PR
• ▹Opinionated about UI craft and component design, has built reusable systems other engineers loved using
• ▹Battle-tested: debugged performance regressions in production, owned a component library, or shipped a high-stakes release

The frontend is a TypeScript/React SPA (Vite, Vitest, Playwright, Chromatic) built on a Python/Flask/FastAPI, MongoDB, Postgres, and Elasticsearch backend running on AWS.
