Senior Product Manager, Revenue Cycle Management AI (Canada)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own the full product lifecycle for one or more RCM AI products, from 0-1, GA launch, and through growth
• ▹Define and own the roadmap across billing, claims, collections, and pre-billing workflows
• ▹Translate AI model outputs, confidence thresholds, and recommendation accuracy tradeoffs into product decisions
• ▹Define success metrics for AI products, including recommendation adoption rate, billing event capture rate, and revenue impact
• ▹Partner with data science, engineering, and cross-functional teams to evaluate model performance and close feedback loops
• ▹Understand customer needs through qualitative and quantitative techniques, engaging directly with billing managers and facility operators
• ▹Contribute to the multi-year RCM AI roadmap
• ▹Prioritize product investments and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and business cases
• ▹Engage with UX, Engineering, Technical Writers, and other product managers using agile processes
• ▹Work with Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and Customer Success on product launches and adoption

Requirements

• ▹Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare technology, computer science, or a related field
• ▹5+ years of software product management experience, including 2+ years as the primary owner of an AI/ML-powered product shipped to production customers
• ▹Healthcare billing, revenue cycle management, or claims experience required
• ▹Demonstrated track record managing products through beta programs into general availability, with onboarding and post-launch iteration
• ▹Experience defining success metrics and feedback loops for AI products
• ▹Ability to work at the intersection of domain expertise and AI product design
• ▹Strong written and oral communication, including explaining AI behavior and limitations to non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Solid understanding of agile practices and cross-functional collaboration
• ▹Experience managing SaaS products
