Hardware PCB Layout Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop PCB layouts for PMU IC silicon validation purposes
• ▹Work closely with Silicon Validation HW teams on board requirements
• ▹Assist fellow PCB Layout Engineers in resolving critical design problems
• ▹Provide accurate timeline estimates for project planning
• ▹Define best practice layout methodologies with peers
• ▹Delegate PCB layout work to team members and contractors when needed

Requirements

• ▹BSc in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industrial experience
• ▹Fluency in English

Nice to have

• ▹Deep knowledge of PCB layout, including signal and power integrity
• ▹Experience designing dense, complex PCBs (HDI, extra fine pitch BGA fan-out) using Cadence Allegro
• ▹Understanding of PCB manufacturing and assembly processes
• ▹Experience building complex impedance-controlled stack-ups with blind/buried vias
• ▹Knowledge of DC-DC converters and PMUs is a plus
• ▹Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently and proactively
