Global Project Manager – IT

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan and steer global transformation (IT/digitalization) projects
• ▹Create the project charter and business case (ROI, added value)
• ▹Build project organization and governance structures, define the target operating model
• ▹Select, evaluate and roll out tools and IT solutions
• ▹Plan and implement communication and change management measures
• ▹Resource and budget planning, ongoing risk/dependency monitoring, international travel (10-20%)

Requirements

• ▹Degree in business administration, supply chain or comparable
• ▹Several years of experience in project management (agile and waterfall)
• ▹Knowledge of methods and tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project)
• ▹Project management certification (e.g. Prince2, Scrum) is an advantage
• ▹Experience in transformation projects and change management
• ▹Very good English, German/Japanese an advantage; confident with M365

Nice to have

• ▹Prince2 or Scrum certification
• ▹German or Japanese language skills
