IT Project Leader (Further Training/Apprenticeship)

In Graz, as a Customer Success Manager at the Bechtle group, you'll be the central point of contact for clients, responsible for ensuring SOC service quality and contractual SLA delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end client care as the central contact for all service-related topics
  • Ensure SLA-compliant service delivery and steer service quality together with SOC, DFIR and SecDevOps
  • Run regular service reviews, reporting and steering meetings, supporting clients in developing their SOC
  • Identify optimization and growth potential, actively supporting contract renewals and service expansions

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/technical training in IT, cybersecurity, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in customer success, service management, or IT/cybersecurity
  • Solid understanding of security operations (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, NDR) and managed services
  • Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and a structured working style
