Technical Project Lead

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Project Lead to drive high impact, cross-functional product development and industrialization projects within our organization. This role requires a highly collaborative individual capable of aligning and coordinating cross-functional activities across R&D (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Hardware, Software), Quality, Logistics, and Production. The ideal candidate will drive project progress, maintain momentum, and ensure timely delivery of key milestones by actively engaging and motivating team members.

• Define project scope (together with the Project Champion / Steering Committee)
  
  

• Oversee and coordinate project, spanning diverse technical and operational domains.
  
  

• Facilitate alignment between various functions such as R&D, Quality, Logistics, and Production.
  
  

• Push for task progress and hold team members accountable for deliverables and deadlines.
  
  

• Identifies, assesses and takes measures to mitigate risk factors.
  
  

• Serve as the central point of contact regarding status updates, risks, and issues.
  
  

• Utilize SCRUM methodologies and tools such as Jira where applicable.
  
  

• Responsible for meeting project/program milestones and objectives.
  
  

• Negotiates or contributes to negotiations with customers and suppliers.
  
  

• Strong experience in coordinating multidisciplinary, cross-functional teams.
  
  

• Basic technical competence to understand and communicate effectively with engineering and technical staff.
  
  

• Ability to work independently, showing initiative and ownership of assigned projects.
  
  

• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; highly driven to progress tasks and motivate others.
  
  

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of German is a plus but not essential.
  
  

• Experience with SCRUM methodologies and Jira is beneficial.
  
  

• Previous experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry is preferred.
  
  

• Self-starter with a results-oriented approach.
  
  

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  
  

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
