Product Manager - Sales AI

Alan, a prevention-insurance company integrating insurance, prevention and care, is hiring a Product Manager for Sales AI. The role reinvents the entire sales experience with AI, moving Account Executives from siloed tools they must remember to open, to a proactive AI assistant that prioritizes work, prepares offers and lifts win rate. The scope is broad and exploratory, spanning both bottom and top of the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Reinvent the sales workflow: move Account Executives and Key Account Managers from siloed AI tools to AI that proactively pushes the right action at the right moment.
  • Build and sequence the roadmap, prioritizing highest-impact automation over 'nice to have' AI features.
  • Get hands-on close to the engine room: writing prompts, wiring connectors and evaluating outputs.
  • Empower reps to produce more relevant offers faster by bringing together knowledge on offers, content and market signals.
  • Keep the experience coherent by partnering closely with adjacent teams building AI agents.
  • Drive outcomes: minimize time spent on low-value work while increasing offer relevance and win rate.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years in a product management role (or equivalent product ownership) in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment, ideally with AI or agentic products.
  • Genuine excitement for AI: having built AI products, or deep eagerness to learn how LLM-based systems and agents behave in production, including failure modes.
  • A builder mindset, hands-on and comfortable close to the product's engine room (connectors, prompts, skills, evaluation).
  • Appetite for the sales and insurance business, willing to sit with a rep and learn how offers work.
  • Strong product execution: set measurable goals, prioritize effectively, ship iteratively.
  • Ability to bridge technical and non-technical worlds and drive alignment through clear framing.
  • Experience influencing without full authority.
  • Strong written communication in internal and external-facing settings.
  • Fluency in French and English.
