Junior Full-Stack Developer - .NET, JS, Java

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Implement and continuously enhance product functionality in Finance & Administration
• ▹Translate business requirements, user stories and operational needs into scalable technical solutions and development tasks
• ▹Design, develop, test and deploy high-quality software increments in line with the Definition of Done
• ▹Ensure quality, performance and maintainability across the full software lifecycle
• ▹Contribute to system and integration design within SAP-centric Finance landscapes (e.g. APIs, workflows, document management)
• ▹Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts and Operations Experts
• ▹Implement and maintain integrations between SAP S/4HANA and surrounding systems (e.g. document capture, workflows, external services)
• ▹Support deployment pipelines and DevOps practices
• ▹Monitor, analyse and optimise application performance in production and contribute to incident resolution (2nd and 3rd level support)
• ▹Ensure technical documentation, code quality and adherence to architecture and development standards
• ▹Continuously improve development practices and contribute to developer communities and knowledge sharing
• ▹Ensure reliable product releases and stable delivery of increments
• ▹Maintain and improve operational documentation and knowledge bases

Requirements

• ▹Degree in informatics, mathematics or a similar area, or relevant professional experience
• ▹Strong hands-on software development experience with modern languages and frameworks
• ▹Solid experience in IT operations, service management or application support
• ▹Knowledge of SAP Finance, Real Estate and/or document workflow solutions
• ▹Experience with APIs, integration technologies and distributed architectures
• ▹Proven experience in ensuring stable and performant system operations
• ▹Strong problem-solving, analytical and troubleshooting skills
• ▹Good understanding of interface technologies and system integrations
• ▹Knowledge of operations, monitoring and maintenance concepts
• ▹Familiarity with ISMS standards and security requirements
• ▹Experience in agile product teams (e.g. Scrum, SAFe)
• ▹Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• ▹Excellent English communication skills
• ▹Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally

• ▹Experience managing hybrid (on-premise and cloud) environments
• ▹Experience with ITSM tools and processes (e.g. ServiceNow)
• ▹Understanding of enterprise IT landscapes and architecture principles
