IT Administrator – Southwest of Berlin

Responsibilities

• ▹Receive, analyze, and resolve first- and second-level IT requests
• ▹Procure, install, and configure hardware and software solutions
• ▹Manage clients and mobile devices, maintain the printer landscape
• ▹Administer the cloud infrastructure (Microsoft 365)
• ▹Plan, implement, and document IT networks; monitor and maintain network infrastructure
• ▹Operate and maintain server landscapes
• ▹Implement and maintain the data backup concept
• ▹Contribute to information security management

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT vocational training or comparable qualification with relevant experience
• ▹Solid knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure
• ▹Confident use of Microsoft 365 and common office applications
• ▹High diligence and reliability
• ▹Independent, solution-oriented working style
• ▹Strong communication skills and teamwork
• ▹Very good German, written and spoken
