IT Project Manager / Team Lead – Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide professional leadership and development for a team of internal specialists and coordinate external IT service providers
• ▹Coordinate day-to-day operations in Service Desk, End User Services, private and public cloud services, network, and database services
• ▹Contribute to the evolution of the IT landscape by identifying optimization potential and fostering cross-departmental collaboration
• ▹Ensure stable and efficient IT operations across all company locations
• ▹Work closely with the CIO and IT leadership on prioritizing, planning, and continuously improving IT services and processes
• ▹Plan, manage, and support IT projects within time, quality, and budget constraints

Requirements

• ▹Degree in an IT-related field or a comparable qualification
• ▹Several years (at least five) of experience managing IT projects and leading teams
• ▹Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, storage solutions, cloud technologies (Azure, AWS), virtualization (VMware), operating systems, and database systems
• ▹Good knowledge of established IT standards and frameworks, especially ISO 27001 and ITIL
• ▹Routine use of Microsoft 365 and related applications
• ▹Very good German and English skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in data analytics or data warehouse projects and with enterprise data platforms such as SAP or Snowflake
• ▹Knowledge of IT process automation and hands-on experience with technologies such as PowerShell, Python, Git, or Infrastructure-as-Code
