Senior Project Manager – IT Infrastructure & Transformation Projects

Responsibilities

• ▹Take overall responsibility for planning, steering and successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure projects
• ▹Analyze and capture customer requirements and develop suitable technical solutions
• ▹Steer project scope, timelines, budget, resources and quality requirements
• ▹Identify, assess and manage risks, dependencies and changes within the project
• ▹Lead and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams and external service providers
• ▹Actively manage stakeholders at customer, management and department level
• ▹Perform project controlling and produce status reports and management reports

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in (business) informatics, economics, or a comparable qualification
• ▹Several years leading complex IT projects, ideally in IT infrastructure or public-sector settings
• ▹Solid knowledge of classic and agile project management methods
• ▹Very good skills in MS Project and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• ▹Experience working with Jira and SharePoint
• ▹Strong communication and moderation skills
• ▹Confident demeanor with clients, management and project teams
• ▹Very good German language skills

Nice to have

• ▹Project management certification (IPMA Level C, PMI PMP, PRINCE2 Practitioner, Scrum PSM or PSPO)
