Responsibilities

Requirements
- ▹Strong backend or mobile engineering background with distributed systems, APIs, and scalable services
- ▹Proven experience as an Engineering Manager (2+ years) growing high-performing teams
- ▹A hands-on mindset, staying close to the code and technical decisions
- ▹Experience with modern technologies (Go, Kotlin, Python) and cloud-native environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes) or mobile tools
