System Engineer – Microsoft Infrastructure

Responsibilities

• ▹Build, optimize, and further develop the Microsoft system landscape
• ▹Install, plan, and configure Windows servers
• ▹Develop and operate solutions in O365, Intune, and Azure
• ▹Support the global IT service organization by handling service requests and incidents
• ▹Plan and commission new hardware, carry out installations and release upgrades
• ▹Support clients in 2nd and 3rd level support, troubleshoot client and server systems
• ▹Administer the Citrix infrastructure (XenDesktop, XenApp, Netscaler)
• ▹Oversee central antivirus systems

Requirements

• ▹Degree in computer science or IT specialist training with several years of experience
• ▹Good IT hardware knowledge (servers, storage, switches, PCs, printers, etc.)
• ▹Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Unified Communication platform and Windows Server environments
• ▹Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Intune
• ▹Solid knowledge of endpoint security and virtualization (Hyper-V and/or VMware)
• ▹Solid knowledge of networking and routing (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN, WLAN, routing)
• ▹Very good German and good English
