
Senior Product Analyst, Consumer Analytics
HelloFresh in Warsaw is looking for a Senior Product Analyst with deep expertise in web and app analytics to support data-informed product and growth decisions across the organization. Working with the analytics and reporting function across Berlin and New York time zones, you will solve challenging business problems using digital product usage and customer data to create high-quality digital experiences. You will be responsible for professional-grade dashboarding and reporting for critical product and growth initiatives at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- ▹Partner with the Senior Product organization to support strategic priorities and evidence-based decision-making
- ▹Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
- ▹Design, implement, and analyze A/B tests and experiments to measure product feature impact
- ▹Develop automated reporting and dashboards that enable self-service analytics across the organization
- ▹Build analytics solutions defining KPI trees, measurement frameworks, and product performance tracking across app and web
- ▹Leverage AI and automation tools to increase efficiency in analysis, reporting, and insight generation
- ▹Communicate complex data and statistical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Requirements
- ▹A BS or equivalent in business, computer science, mathematics, economics, statistics, engineering, or a relevant quantitative field
- ▹Expert-level proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) / Snowplow, including advanced configuration and custom event tracking
- ▹Advanced BigQuery experience including complex SQL, query optimization, data modeling, and large-scale datasets
- ▹Advanced Python skills for data analysis, automation, and building analytical tools (pandas, numpy)
- ▹Strong Excel skills including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization
- ▹Demonstrated track record leveraging AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to increase productivity
- ▹Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio
- ▹Deep understanding of product analytics methodology, including cookie/event tracking and experimentation design
- ▹Proficiency with descriptive and inferential statistics
- ▹A minimum of 5 years analyzing complex data in a business context, with at least 3 years focused on product or web/app analytics
Nice to have
- ▹Experience with Mixpanel/Amplitude
- ▹Experience with dbt, Airflow, or other modern data stack tools
- ▹Previous experience serving fast-paced product-led or consumer-facing technology companies
