IT Senior Consultant (Full-time)

Responsibilities

• ▹Customer consulting and presales support
• ▹Technical responsibility up to 3rd level support
• ▹Analyzing and resolving demanding faults and performance issues
• ▹Advising customers on optimizing and further developing their IT systems
• ▹Planning and implementing IT projects (e.g. infrastructure, virtualization, security)
• ▹Contributing to architecture decisions and system landscape design

Requirements

• ▹Several years of experience in IT consulting or a comparable position
• ▹Experience in 3rd level support and troubleshooting complex IT infrastructures
• ▹Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• ▹Strong communication skills and confident customer presence
• ▹Fluent German
• ▹Class B driving licence
• ▹In-depth knowledge in at least 2 of the following areas: Windows Server/Linux, virtualization (VMware, Hypervisor, VDI, Proxmox), storage and backup solutions, network & cybersecurity, cloud technologies (e.g. Microsoft Azure)
