
IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist
Alan is a health insurance and prevention company serving over 1M members. As Alan scales internationally, this IT Digital Workplace & Endpoint Specialist manages device security, SaaS platforms, identity and access, and the employee IT experience, while contributing to build projects that reduce operational toil. The Paris-based role works within the IT Community with guidance from senior teammates, growing into autonomy over time, and targets the B0-B1 level range.
Responsibilities
- ▹Join the IT on-call (helpdesk) rotation and handle IT operations issues autonomously (equipment, SaaS access, account provisioning)
- ▹Own onboarding and offboarding workflows end-to-end
- ▹Contribute to build projects such as MDM improvements, compliance documentation, and self-service tooling
- ▹Contribute to device compliance improvements (MDM, EDR, FileVault) across all countries
- ▹Ship automation or self-service projects that measurably reduce IT toil
- ▹Lead low to medium complexity IT projects end-to-end and mentor newer team members over time
Requirements
- ▹1-3 years of IT operations experience (or strong internship/student association background in a tech environment)
- ▹Device management (MDM, ideally Kandji, Jamf, or Intune), SaaS administration, and basic identity and access management (Google Workspace, SSO)
- ▹macOS fluency and comfort troubleshooting macOS at scale, with understanding of the Apple ecosystem (Apple Business Manager, DEP enrollment)
- ▹Operational reflexes: can triage issues, communicate to users during incidents, and escalate appropriately; on-call or production support experience
- ▹Documentation mindset: writes clear, structured documentation
- ▹Learning velocity: picks up new tools and processes quickly
- ▹Fluent French and English
Nice to have
- ▹Experience with Kandji specifically
- ▹Exposure to security compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- ▹Basic scripting ability (Python, Bash) or willingness to learn
- ▹Experience with SaaS vendor management and license administration
- ▹Interest in automation and coding
- ▹Experience in a fast-growing tech company environment
