Part-time IT Support at Voyado

Responsibilities

• ▹Support colleagues and new employees with IT matters: setting up workstations, access rights, account management, network and peripherals
• ▹Work with PCs, Macs, Android phones and iPhones
• ▹Provide on-site support as well as support by phone and remote connection
• ▹Welcome new employees and set up their IT workstations
• ▹Troubleshoot the IT environment (permissions, WiFi, account management)

Requirements

• ▹Currently enrolled in post-secondary education, preferably IT-related
• ▹Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
• ▹Strong interest in IT and knowledge of computer and phone equipment and peripherals
• ▹Strong service mindset and motivation
• ▹Preferred: previous work experience in service, ideally IT support

Nice to have

• ▹IT-related studies
• ▹Previous IT support experience
