Responsibilities

• ▹Operate, manage and further develop the desktop infrastructure and client management
• ▹User support and IT help for the organisation
• ▹System administration of office and business-near IT systems
• ▹Purchasing and ordering IT equipment for office environments
• ▹Administration and management of software licences
• ▹First point of contact for incoming tickets in the ticketing system
• ▹Administration of user accounts in Active Directory

Requirements

• ▹Solid experience installing and administering Windows computers in larger IT environments
• ▹Solid experience in user administration in an AD environment
• ▹Solid experience administering SharePoint for end users
• ▹Good knowledge of PC hardware and troubleshooting experience
• ▹Very good command of Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with VMware and/or other virtualisation environments
• ▹Experience administering Linux
• ▹Good knowledge of administering and troubleshooting MacOS computers
