AI Builder / Data Scientist (Bordeaux)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop business-oriented AI agents based on LLMs, RAG and multi-step agentic workflows
• ▹Integrate the agents into internal systems via APIs, MCP, webhooks, connectors and data platforms
• ▹Industrialise prototypes into reliable, secure and scalable solutions with guardrails, access controls and documentation
• ▹Measure usage, performance and business impact to continuously improve deployed agents and drive adoption

Requirements

• ▹Higher education in computer science, data or AI
• ▹At least 4 years of experience developing AI solutions, in data science or machine learning
• ▹Experience designing or contributing to putting AI solutions into production, ideally around AI agents, LLMs, RAG and integrations with business systems
• ▹Ability to work end to end on advanced AI topics, from understanding the business need to production and operation
• ▹Solid command of Python and its data and AI ecosystem
• ▹Experience with generative AI solutions (LLMs, RAG, AI agents)
• ▹Command of modern AI architectures: RAG, vector search, embeddings, reranking, agents, tool calling and MCP
• ▹Experience with AI frameworks and tools such as LangChain, LangGraph and n8n
• ▹Sensitivity to data quality, security and value creation
• ▹Experience on one of the cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• ▹LLMOps skills on the main models (GPT, Claude, Mistral), notably observability, security and industrialisation
• ▹Command of versioning and continuous integration tools (Git, GitLab CI/CD)
• ▹Knowledge of containerisation and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
• ▹Technical environment: Python, SQL, JSON, data modelling, AWS or GCP; OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Gemini; n8n, Dust, Claude, LangChain, Make, Zapier or equivalent; APIs, MCP, webhooks, connectors, CRM, Jira
