Consulting – Manager / Senior Manager – Data, AI and Generative AI – Paris

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead large-scale data, AI and generative AI projects (audit, strategic framing, master plans, governance, delivery)
• ▹Support clients' data and AI transformation in complex, multi-stakeholder contexts
• ▹Coach and grow teams of consultants, senior consultants and junior managers
• ▹Design and promote innovative offerings in data, AI and generative AI
• ▹Contribute to business development with the business teams (pre-sales, tender responses, conferences)
• ▹Take part in internal strategic thinking (technology watch, innovation, strategic partnerships)
• ▹Define data and AI strategies, govern and ensure compliance of data and AI models, design and deploy data/AI platforms, select and integrate technologies, identify and deliver value-creating AI and generative AI use cases

Requirements

• ▹Engineering school, business school or Master 2 degree from a recognized university
• ▹8+ years of experience in data and AI, with a significant share in consulting
• ▹Solid background in data and AI strategy and governance
• ▹Solid knowledge of data platforms, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern architectures
• ▹Advanced knowledge of AI and generative AI: LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, MLOps
• ▹Strong change management, innovation and intrapreneurship skills
• ▹Professional English is essential
• ▹Command of French

Nice to have

• ▹C-level advisory experience (CDO, CIO, CEO)
